Good afternoon,

I am a representative of Creative and Innovative Organization (CIO) which is running in 3 fields: training, technology and E-Commerce. In term of Technology, a company of information and technology, named CIO ltd., co. ( xxxxx ) has been founded and developed for 10 years.

Now, I am implementing a project: "utilizing technology in the schools" by the Government of Vietnam which provides laptops for state officials and teachers. Therefore, we are in need of a big number of laptops. If your company meet our demands, we will import with a big number (about 10.000 units each year) for 3 years and each order is about 300-600 units


I am writing to you with hope that we will cooperate for a long time. Before that, plz send us:
1.your company's profile,
2.your phone number for necessary contact,
3.details of laptops you are providing (including the quotation, discount if we buy with a big number. For the first time, we will import 500 units)
